Payments must be made according to the terms mentioned in the invoice or contract.

Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

4. Installation & Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on site readiness, weather, and supplier availability.

Clients are responsible for ensuring site access and compliance with local permissions.

Delivery delays caused by third parties or unforeseen events shall not be the responsibility of Magic Energy.

5. Warranty & Support

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (usually 5 to 25 years for solar components).

Magic Energy offers maintenance and after-sales support based on the signed service agreement.

Warranty is void in case of misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party tampering.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Refer to our Return Policy for detailed information regarding product returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Magic Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profit, downtime, or data.
